The Role

Do you love building in early-stage chaos, thrive across the stack, and are motivated by solving complex problems with real human impact? Do you enjoy the feeling of a to-do list longer than you have time to tackle, competing and changing priorities, and being the one to decide what matters at any given point? Are you enthralled by the latest emerging technologies, spend all your free time trying out new AI tools and obsessed with simple & beautiful user experiences?

This role isn’t just about writing code. You’ll work directly with the founders to shape Rosie’s product, technology, and technical culture. You’ll be responsible for everything from system design to shipping features quickly, while laying down the groundwork that will allow Rosie to scale.

Rosie today looks like an embedded personal assistant that sits in users’ emails, calendars and text messages. Rosie understands users through what it learns & what users tell it about themselves, their families & their homes. Rosie is a proactive super agent that helps families find, vet & manage their childcare, so simplicity and magical user experiences are at the core of what we deliver.
