About Rosie

Rosie is reimagining care, for families & for caregivers.

We created a new category of care: flexible, on-demand childcare and household support, bookable by the hour, backed by a bench of vetted and professionally trained Pros who know your family. Families finally have a way to get the help they actually need with minimal effort.

We're building the infrastructure that powers modern family life: a world where parents book care the way they text a friend, where caregivers build real careers doing work they're proud of, and where having support at home just feels normal. We're expanding to new cities, and we're just getting started.

The Role

We're looking for a Founding GTM & City Expansion Lead to build Rosie's growth engine from scratch in Seattle, then turn what works into the playbook we launch every new city on.

This is two jobs in one on purpose. First, you're our first growth marketer: hands-on, running the entire growth engine end to end. You'll build campaigns, write the copy, stand up experiments, test channels, and scale what works across paid, organic, social, long-form content, email/lifecycle, partnerships, and events — building the flywheels that make Rosie grow in our home market. Then, as those flywheels turn, you codify them into a repeatable city-launch playbook and go execute it across our expansion markets.

It's a tactical role for someone who loves doing the work as much as planning it — from drafting copy to setting up a Meta campaign, from organizing a local event to building a dashboard — and an ownership role for someone who wants to own how Rosie grows, city by city. City #2 is targeted for this fall, City #3 next spring, and more behind them. You own the number that matters — efficient, compounding growth and a healthy, liquid marketplace in every market — and the system that lets us do it again, faster, each time.

Rosie is two-sided: families who need care, and Pros who deliver it. You'll drive demand and keep both sides in balance alongside operations, so the whole marketplace shows up in every market you launch. City #2 is yours to run hands-on; by City #4 it should be a playbook you hand to a team. This grows into a founding leadership seat, building the machine that eventually scales beyond you.
