The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on GTM Lead / Head of Marketing who can roll up their sleeves and run the entire growth engine end-to-end. You’ll be the first marketer at Rosie — building campaigns, writing copy, setting up experiments, testing channels, and scaling what works. You’ll live in the details of execution across paid, organic, social, long-form content, email/lifecycle, partnerships, and events, while keeping an eye on the funnel as a whole.

This is a tactical role for someone who loves doing the work as much as planning it: from drafting copy to setting up Meta campaigns, from organizing a local event to building dashboards, from testing AI tools to editing a blog post. If you’ve done a few years of full-funnel growth (or even part of it) and are hungry to learn the rest, this role gives you the canvas and ownership to do it.
