We're building the infrastructure that powers modern family life: a world where parents book care the way they text a friend, where caregivers build real careers doing work they're proud of, and where having support at home just feels normal.
We're looking for a contract or part-time Social Media Manager to own Rosie's presence across social media channels. You'll run the strategy, the content, the calendar, and the community, translating Rosie's voice and member experience into posts and a feed that parents actually stop for and Pros are proud to share.
This is a hands-on content role. You'll write the captions, cut the video, catch the trend while it's still a trend, and stay close to what's resonating. You'll work directly with our Head of Brand and Marketing to keep everything on voice while you move fast.
Rosie's brand is warm, real, and a little bit cool. We coach without lecturing, we talk to grownups like grownups, and we never sound like a corporate care brand. You'll live inside that voice every day and creatively expand how its received.
